Please take note before purchasing:
1.You need to connect the camera and the monitor for the monitor to show an image.
2.Please note that scanning the QR code on the back of the monitor won't add the device. You need to follow the instructions in the user manual to generate a QR code in the app, and then have the device scan that QR code to connect to Wi-Fi.
3.Only Support 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi to connect to Tuya/SmartLife APP. 5Ghz Wi-Fi NOT Support!
4.Monitor Will NOT AUTO-ON when PIR Triggered.
5.Only support event recording; NOT SUPPORT Continuous recording.
6.When you press the indoor monitor, it will light up for about 8-10 seconds and then turn off automatically. Do not press and hold the monitor button, as it will reset the device and cause it to go offline. If this happens, you can check the FAQ at the bottom for solutions.
7.Recently Tuya update the APP with Loop recording.You can not enable it on APP. Because our product default support LOOP RECORDING. So you can ingore this setting!

When the camera detects motion or a human figure, the device will record a 15-second video, which can be viewed in 'Playback' (the device will only automatically record videos if a memory card is installed or cloud storage is activated. Without a memory card installed or cloud storage activated, the device only takes photos).
PIR detection range:1-3 meters.The detection distance can be adjusted by changing the PIR sensitivity.








FAQ
1. The device cannot connect to WIFI
W1:Unable to scan the QR code on the back of the monitor to add the device.Please follow the operating procedures in the manual, generate a QR code on the app, and let the device scan the QR code on the app to connect to WiFi.
W2: The second step to add a device,Please select the "Smart Doorbell" option, not the "Smart Doorbell" option with "Dual band".
2. The device cannot scan the QR code of the mobile phone to connect to WIFI
W:The indicator on the monitor keeps flashing, please press and hold the button on the monitor for 6 seconds to reset the device.Try switching to a different network environment or use your phone to create a Wi-Fi signal. If it connects successfully, it means your router's 2.4G signal isn't separated. You need to set your router to separate the 2.4G and 5G signals.
3. The device is disconnected after a few minutes of connection
W: The device may have been reset in the connected state (do not press and hold the monitor button for a long time when viewing the display).
Solution:
1. Remove the device from APP.
2. press the button on the monitor for 6 seconds, reset the device.(Resetting the device is a necessary step)
3. Restart,add the device again.
4. Trigger motion detection notification but no video
W: Please go to Settings in the upper right corner of the viewing screen, find the Detection Alarm setting, and turn off the human filter.
5. Why does the device not record video after installing the memory card?
W1:Please use a FAT32 formatted memory card with a speed of 1 or above, a 32GB memory card is recommended.
S1:Please go to Settings and check if there is a storage setting. If there is no storage setting, it means that the memory card is not compatible with the device (this product undergoes more than two memory card reading tests before leaving the factory), and you will need to use a different memory card.
S2:If there are storage settings in the settings, but no recorded videos are detected in 'Playback', you can go to the storage settings and format the memory card.
