Operation Steps for Die Head:

Simple Operation

• Fix the tool tightly on a vise with flat die installed.

• Choose matched split die, place tubing inside the die.

• Align OP.0 to pre-press the pipe opening.

• Use OP.1 for primary flaring, then OP.2 to finish molding.

Usage Tips

• Remove burrs and metal scraps inside & outside the tube before flaring.

• Apply anti-seize grease on tube cutting end and a little oil on OP.1 & OP.2 cones.

• Install pipe fittings with flared end outward after processing.
