1. Where is your warehouse and when will my order delivered?

Our headquater and warehouses located in Shenzhen, China. We usually ship cargo from Shenzhen Port or HongKong Port, also distributor's warehouse in other cities. Overseas warehouse is under preparation.

2. When will my order delivered?
We usually have stock for all items. Orders are shipped within 3 days when payments done.
If out of stock, it takes around 25 to 30 days to finish production.

3. Can I be W-KING exclusive distributor?

Yes, we offer exclusive partnership to distributors with good marketing and sales channel.

4. What's your MOQ for each order?

For W-KING brand, MOQ is a carton (vary with items);
For OEM and ODM, usually 1000 to 3000pcs (vary with items).

5. What's your quality warranty?

We offer 12 months warranty. For defective units, videos and pictures are required for checking the defective reason and components replacement.

6. Are you a trading company or a factory?
