Note:

1. There are Two Main Situations in Which Our Tap Leaks:

A. The Water Pipe of The Tap is Leaking, The Rubber Ring in The Water Pipe may be Damaged. When You Receive Our Products, First Check Whether The Water Pipe Rubber Ring is Normal.

B. The Floor is Leaking: It is Possible That The Consumer can Fix The Water Outlet Pipe During The Installation Process Using The Tape.

2. If It is Found That It is not Heated or Used for a Certain Time, The Faucet Will not Heat Up, Actually Our Protector Works Manually: Reset The Protection Button to Determine if The Faucet is Working Properly.

3. We Recommend That if The Consumer does not Use Our Electric Tap in The Morning or Over a Long Period of Time, We Recommend That Cold Water Pass Through First and Then Heat it After Some Time as The Air of The Faucet is Working Properly.
