1. working principle:
The proportional pump is powered by flowing pressure water, the water pressure loss is small, and no
other power facilities are needed. The hydrodynamic power in the proportional pump is used as the
engine to drive the piston and connecting rod in the proportional pump to directly inhale the liquid
additive and Soluble in the water stream.
The device moves up and down in a cylinder to pressurize the water, and the device uniformly draws the
additive contained in the bottom container into the water stream through the conduit. The up and down
movement is repeated to achieve the effect of uniformly and continuously adding the additive to the
flowing water.

e.Install a 100-120 mesh filter between the water valve and the inlet of the proportional pump. Bypass

5.Adjust the ratio used:
The proportional pump can adjust the proportion of the additive in the injected water flow according to
the actual situation, so that the additive is evenly added, the specific method is as follows:
1- Loosen the screw and remove the U-shaped adjustment lock from the upper part of the proportionalpump.
2- Preset the ratio of liquid additive to water according to the ratio of the water scale on the proportionalpump:
Counterclockwise adjustment is to increase the specific gravity of the liquid additive.
Clockwise adjustment is to reduce the specific gravity of the liquid additive.
The percentage on the proportional pump is calculated as the final water output of the proportional
pump is 100.
3- Turn the adjuster until the U-shaped adjustment so that the upper hole is inserted into the notch of
the proportional pump.
4- Press the U-shaped adjustment lock into the notch of the proportional pump until it is fastened to
each other.
6.Notes:
1- Make sure that the container holding the liquid additive is not empty when using the automatic
 proportional pump!
2- bleed valve: At the beginning of starting the proportional pump, the bleed valve should be pressed
down for a few seconds to discharge the existing air inside. There will be a little water flowing out in the
process.Immediately after the air is released, close the bleed valve.
3- During installation and use, it is necessary to install filter equipment at the inlet of the proportionalpump.
4- If there is an increase in working resistance during use, add lubricant to the piston to increase theservice life.
5- After use, clean the proportional pump with clean water to reduce corrosion and prolong the life ofthe pump.Related cleaning and maintenance:

After using,Fill the container with the liquid additive into the water, turn on the pump, and let the pumprun for a little time.Clean the outer surface of the proportional pump and related components with cleanwater.
