A:Yes, the G23 lock support waterproof and sun-proof, because it is made of waterproof and high temperature resistant materials.

Q2:How to connect Power supply?

A: There are two ways of Power supply:

1) Install 4pcs AA batteries;

2) DC 12V adapter for Power supply (External power supply:12V, 3-5A).

Q3:What should I look for before setting up Tuya WiFi?

A:1) Whether the smart lock inserted a Tuya WiFi module correctly,

2) Whether change the original administrator password before setting Tuya WiFi.

3)Please note it has no APP function on rear panel, you need to set Tuya APP on front panel.

Q4:Does it support connecting Alexa and Google Assistant?

A:Yes! You need to select TTLock version and G2 TTLock Gateway.

Q5:How to set remote control?

A:1) Install batteries inside the smart lock and remote control,

connect the cable of front panel and the receiver module of the remote control to the main PCB;

2) Press the set button of the remote control for 5 seconds (5 beeps will be emitted),

then the red indicator light will flash and enter the configuration mode.

Press the red button of the remote control for 2 seconds to make the remote control pair with the smart lock;

3) Wait for the red indicator light to stop flashing, use the magnet to suck out the latch,

press the button on remote control to try to open the lock.

Q6:How to choose Tuya and TTlock version? What're the difference between Tuya and TTlock?

A:Generally, Tuya version needs to press 9#, then the APP will receive a request to open the door remotely;

TTlock version can open the door by Phone APP directly.
