When adding fingerprints, try to enter them from different angles to enhance recognition accuracy, or add otherfingerprints as backups.

No, most of Tuya smart locks cannot connect to Alexa or Google Assistant, except for a few specific Tuya models.

  

## **Q6: How long does the battery last? Do I need to replace it frequently?**

It is powered by 4 alkaline batteries. Please use high-quality alkaline batteries (do not use rechargeable AAA batteries) . With the new batteries, it supports **1,500 to 2,000 unlocks** and typically lasts **about 4 to 6 months**, so frequent replacement is unnecessary. If the battery level is low, the lock will issue a low battery warning, then please replace the batteries promptly.

Method 1: Use the backup mechanical key to unlock the door.

Method 2: There is a Type-C port on the front panel of the smart lock. You can use a power bank to supply emergency power for unlocking.
