**Operation Steps for Die Head:**

-   Single Flare → OP.0 → OP.2
    
-   Bubble Flare → OP.0 → OP.1
    
-   Double Flare → OP.0 → OP.1 → OP.2

**Simple Operation**

-   Use OP.1 for primary flaring, then OP.2 to finish molding.
    

**Usage Tips**

-   Remove burrs and metal scraps inside & outside the tube before flaring.
    
-   Apply anti-seize grease on tube cutting end and a little oil on OP.1 & OP.2 cones.
    
-   Install pipe fittings with flared end outward after processing.
